Cafer Arali

Cafer Arali was born in 1954. After he finished the High School in Izmir admitted to the Faculty of Economics and graduated in 1979. At the time from 1980-1995 he worked at the finance department of Teba Group Company. In 1995 he got public accountant degree.

Umit Kacar

Ümit Kacar was born in 1970. After the Kabatas high school, he first studied business at the Cukurova University in Adana and then finance at Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir. In the period of 1996 - 2004, he practiced in the topics of International Corporate Audit, Financial Reporting, Legal Tax Confirmation, Investment and Promotion Applications. Since 2004, he has been working as a partner in the audit firm "Daniş Denetim Danişmanlik Mali Müşavirlik Ltd.Sti". He is specialized in international financial audit standards.
